When Carl Frederick "Bud" Seeman was born on 5 September 1912, in Tulare, Spink, South Dakota, United States, his father, Carl August Seeman, was 44 and his mother, Martha Elizabeth Apel, was 36. He lived in Spink, South Dakota, United States in 1920 and Three Rivers Township, Spink, South Dakota, United States in 1930. He died on 31 May 2007, in King, Washington, United States, at the age of 94.
