Camp Buck Knob 1934

Original photos were donated by Jessica Brown. Ms. Brown's grandfather, Raymond Kositzky, was in Company 2749.

Company 2749 was the only company to occupy Camp BF-2 located at the Sand Lake Migratory Refuge, organized July 9, 1934, at Camp F-14 (Lightning Creek). Company 2749 was stationed there from July 31 to October 1, 1934. It then spent the winter in Arkansas at Buck Knob and returned to Camp BF-2 (Sand Lake) the next spring.
