Carlye Devine was born February 25, 1917 and died July 6, 1999. When Carlyle Devine was born about 1917, his father, A J, was 41 and his mother, Mary, was 30. On April 1, 1940, he was 23 years old and lived in Hartford, South Dakota with his father, mother, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters.
