Kenneth Lien

Kennebec, SD

1939-40, 4726, American Island, SCS-7, clerk; Islander reporter

The guy looking out at you here is Kenneth Lien, company clerk since April 1939. Kenneth has the distinction of getting a rating as assistant leader in less than a month after he entered the Cs. He could type and do office work and presto! he was company clerk, taking Roy Morgan's place in April 1939. His home is at Kennebec, where he graduated from high school. He attended the Tacoma Washington business college for six months. His ambition is to finish his training for office work.
