30 rounds of boxing sponsored by the American Legion at the Deadwood Auditorium.

The Main Event, 10-Rounds, Al Webster vs. Joe Bitto. Webster a 165 pound Iron Man from Billings, Montana. Webster rates with the best of 'em! Bitto, a 165 pound, light heavy-weight champ from the Pacific Coast.

Semi-Final, 8-Rounds, Harold Jepson vs. Tom Brown. Jepson a 138 pounder from Fargo, N.D. and Brown a 138 pounder from Sioux Falls, S.D.

Special Event, 6-Rounds, "Killer" Norman, 164 lbs, St. Louis, Mo. vs. "Kid" Walker, 170 lbs, Light Heavy Champion of the Black Hills.

Preliminary, 4-Rounds, Joe McDonald vs. Young Jenson, 116 lbs., Champion, Rochford CCC Camp.
