First Tractor on Quinn Table

First Tractor on Quinn Table

One of the Dean Talty photos donated to the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Museum of South Dakota was label "1st Tractor on Quinn Table" which is located near Scenic, SD. CCC Camp NP-2 Badlands was not far from where this photo was taken. Mr. Talty was from Scenic and was also a member of the CCC.
