Paul Medina

Atchinson, KS

1939, 4723, Lacreek, BF-3,

Paul Medina joined the CCC in 1935 at Grand Junction, Colo., Co. 1842, where he served 18 months, 4 months as a member and 14 months as assistant lead- er under the supervision of the Forest Service.

Medina enrolled again in 1938, and was transferred from Kansas to Martin, S. Dak., Co. 4723. He served as a member for one month. He was then made assistant leader in August, a leader in September, and Senior Leader of the company in December, a position he has filled for the past five months. Paul is well- liked by the officers and fellow members of the company. He is regarded by both the officers and men as a thoroughly efficient Senior Leader.

He is a graduate of St. Benedict's Hi school, Atchinson, Kans.
